Which payment methods do you accept?

Whether credit card, PayPal, cash, advance payment or EC card – we accept various payment methods to offer you maximum flexibility.

What happens if my ski/snowboard is stolen?

Please file a loss report with the police and get in touch with us. For further information, please refer to our terms and conditions.

Can I also switch from skis to snowboards?

Yes, you can switch from skiing to snowboarding or vice versa at any time. If necessary, a difference must be paid. There is no surcharge for an exchange.

Can I pick up the rental equipment a day earlier?

Yes, you can pick up your equipment the day before, starting from 2:00 PM.

Do you also have a shop?

Yes, we have a shop! Discover our selection of ski and sunglasses, helmets and other accessories. Visit us and find the perfect match for your style!

Can I rent a better class on site than I reserved or booked in advance?

Of course, you can switch to a higher class at any time on site. You only have to pay the difference; no additional fee will be charged.

Are there any discounts for groups?

In this case, you are welcome to contact us directly. We will surely find an attractive offer for you!
